Great accompaniment for salmon cakes or crab cakes. Also good with grilled salmon.
3/4 | cup | mayonnaise |
1 | tbl. | lemon juice, either fresh or reconstituted |
1 | tbl. | prepared horseradish |
2-1/2 | tsp. | fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried |
salt & pepper to taste |
Combine ingredients in small bowl; blend well.
